Eligibility Criteria for MIS 2025

They have to fulfill the following criteria to be eligible:

1. Age Limit

Applicants for a Master’s Degree are allowed to apply if they are not older than 40.
To be admitted, a PhD applicant should not be older than 45 years.

2. Academic Qualifications

If you are applying for a Master’s Program, remember to follow the requirements mentioned.
You need to have at least 3.0/Honours in your Bachelor’s degree.
Here is what to do for people who want to apply for a doctoral program:
Compulsory study is to have a CGPA of 3.0 / To score extremely well in your Master’s degree.

3. Students should be able to demonstrate English Language Proficiency.

Those who apply must provide the required documents.

Band score of 6.0 or more in IELTS
Your score on the TOEFL is 550 on the paper test and 79 to 80 on the internet test.
Degrees previously earned should be in English.

4. A proposal must be prepared if you are applying for Master’s by Research or a PhD.

A research proposal of 1,000 words that is in line with Malaysia’s research goals.

5. Your health and visa needs should be sorted out before traveling.

Applicants must fulfill the needed requirements for a Malaysian student visa.
You have to go for a medical check-up if you are selected.

Passport, certified by the issuing authority, should be valid for the next 6 months.
